Located in the Heart of Maggie Valley, NC

Our cottages are all wood and trimmed in dark brown and set back
on a lovely mountain stream, where there is swimming, fishing, or
just plain wading in the cool water if you desire.  Each cottage
is equipped with phone, linens, dishes, towels, microwave, stove,
refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, etc.  Picnic tables and grills are
also available.
 
Our cottages are well spaced apart and range from a large room
kitchenette with two beds, or a queen size bed, up to 3 bedrooms/
2 baths with a king bed.  All cottages have a front and back door
with decks and porches.
 
We have a car wash, game room, and Saratoga's Cafe - all
homemade food.  Live pony rides and back country horseback
riding are available 1/2 mile away at The Livery Stable and
Western Store.

We are one mile from famous Ghost Town in the Sky.  Sit on the
front porch of your cottage and hear the gun fights and see the
rides on top.
 
Restaurants, putt-putt golf, post office, and Maggie Valley Shopping
Center are within walking distance.  The famous Soco Gardens Zoo
is very close by.
 
We are approximately four miles from famous Cataloochee Ski Slopes.
There is skiing in the Winter and horseback riding in the Summer.
We are about four miles from the Maggie Valley Country Club,
about 12 miles from the Cherokee Indian Reservation, and
approximately 50 miles from Gatlinburg, Tennessee.  The famous
Biltmore House and Gardens in Asheville is about 30 miles away. 
And of course, you do not want to miss Franklin, NC.  This is where
everyone goes to dig for rubies and is only about one hour away.
